Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Merchant Service Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our merchant clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist merchants with account setup, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and sales skills
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the merchant services or payments industry.
- Experience in handling high-volume customer interactions and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven track record of effectively resolving customer issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems, merchant accounts, and related financial services is highly desirable.
- Experience with CRM software and customer service tools.
