Qualifications
- 2 years minimum admin experience
- Proficient oral and written skills.
- Extremely savvy with computers
- Collaborates well in a team environment.
- Sensitive to clients’ needs, can develop warm client relationships.
- Can exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to promote efficient operation in the office.
- Answering client phone calls and scheduling sales appointments.
- General duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, etc.
- Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning work projects to expedite work results.
- Accounts payables & invoicing
- Familiar with construction would be helpful
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $19-$21 per hour

Hours: Monday- Friday 10 AM to 6 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
