Senior System Analyst - Equipment Management
We are looking for an experienced IT System Analyst to join our IT team. The IT System Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to staff. We need someone who understands IT equipment management within an environment where litigation is common. Ideally you will understand how to implement policy and procedure for dealing with IT equipment legal holds and discovery requests.
Our ideal candidate has experience streamlining and determining equipment management when it comes to onboarding/offboarding employees.
Position Overview: The IT System Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to staff across multiple departments and customers. The successful candidate will be able to identify and resolve a wide range of technical issues, provide technical training and advice, and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming inquiries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.

Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT systems use and management.

Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment.

Document procedures for IT systems use and management.

Assist with the development of mobile device management solutions.

Assist with the development and implementation of legal hold solutions.

Manage laptop, secure storage, and other IT equipment.

Manage mobile phones.
