HTI is hiring Maintenance Technicians for PAI Pharmaceuticals in Greenville, SC. Pay is between 28.00 - $30.00 Per Hour + $1.25 Per Hour Shift Differential depending on experience. What You Need:
- 1-3 years' experience in a Maintenance Technician role. Working in a high-speed environment preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required. A technical degree or certificate in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, etc. is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Maintenance Technician must provide daily support to the Maintenance, Packaging, and Compounding areas. The Maintenance Technician ensures that the Maintenance, Packaging, and Compunding areas are equipped with the appropriate tools and supplies necessary to produce effectively and efficiently. The essential duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of those required for the Maintenance Technician.
- Basic working knowledge of hand tools and how to effectively use hand tools in a repair setting. Working knowledge of shop tools and repair equipment (i.e. drills, grinders, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand mechanical prints and drawings.
- Familiar with cGMP and GDP practices and all equipment safety requirements.
- Perform complete Pkg. line changes for every Pkg. line in the assigned location.
- Display a working knowledge and understanding of basic mechanical and electrical applications.
- Ability to perform in a fast pace and team environment. Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of pumps and valves.
- Advanced working knowledge of hand tools and how to effectively use hand tools in a repair setting.
- Perform all maintenance repair functions throughout production and warehouse. Effectively troubleshoot minor electrical issues using basic electrical test equipment.
- Work with other department leaders to complete continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
