Job Summary:
To effectively direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Bakery Dept. and its Associates to achieve the Dept. goals (i.e. sales, profit, shrink, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement) in accordance with our Purpose and Service Priorities under the direction of the General Store Manager.
Minimum Requirements Qualifications: (included, but not limited)
- Ability to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret and understand the English language
- Ability to perform basic math, stand, walk, lift (25 lbs. - occasionally 60lbs.), basic computer functions.
- Ability to bend, twist, reach, push/pull
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to clean, cooperate with others, Customer service orientated, engage and lead Associate to achieve department goals.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
