Corporate and Real Estate Paralegal
Job Description:
Origo Works is seeking a corporate and real estate paralegal to support its legal and property
management departments. The candidate will assist the General Counsel with day-to-day
corporate and real estate activities, and support the General Counsel in real estate and
corporate transactions. The candidate will also work with the General Counsel and property
management department to draft commercial leases and lease renewals.
Duties include drafting leases, renewals, and amendments; drafting and recording deeds;
general corporate housekeeping matters including entity formation and obtaining EINS;
contract review and general compliance matters. The candidate will be expected to manage
corporate and real estate documents, assist with preparing materials for investors, and
conducting legal and due diligence research.
This is not a hybrid or remote position.
Qualifications:
Growth mindset and positive attitude;
Strong interest in real estate development;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
At least two years of experience in legal services or real estate;
Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish;
Excellent computer skills that include a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint;
Candidates must submit to and pass a criminal background check.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
