**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, couples, and/or groups who are members of the BIPOC, LGBT+, immigrant, and/or 1st generation communities, making a significant impact on their lives.
**Duties:**
-Performing Initial Diagnostic Evaluations, identifying diagnoses, and designing an appropriate treatment plan.
-Meeting with clients regularly and maintaining accurate medical records.
-Attending and participating in weekly peer supervision on Fridays, 9 am to 11 am.
-Participating in monthly check-ins with the Clinical Team Leader.
-Collaborating with the administrative team to ensure an excellent overall experience for the client.
-Positive participation in company culture.
-Seeking support from team members as needed.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in a wide range of therapeutic modalities or expertise in a specific modality or population.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
-Willingness to work with young children, families, and/or couples preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
