We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
Overview:
The hiring entity is NextSource and the position is for the local Greenville, SC office of New York Life Insurance Company.
The role of a Recruiting Assistant is designed to assist the Managing Partner, Tara Wray, in the sourcing, recruiting , and selection of new and experienced Financial Professionals/Advisors and Managers. You will be responsible for the front-half cycle of the recruiting process. This is a key role inside a high growth office with the potential to expand into a Full Time position with full benefits.

Proficiencies Preferred:
- CRM Experience (Salesforce)
- Developing a referral network to source 10 warm recruiting leads on a monthly basis
- Be up to date on current recruiting trends, tools, and technology
Responsibilities:
- Mining resume databases to identify qualified candidates and scheduling initial interviews (50 - 75 outbound calls per week)
- Conducting 15 - 20 initial interviews per month and managing candidates through our 3 interview selection process
- Conducting/Attending 5 network meetings a month
- Assist with job postings on various platforms
- Screen resumes and applications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with recruitment events and career fairs
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team
