The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Responsibilities:
a. As a Recruitment Coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and ensuring the successful placement of candidates
b. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to staffing needs and providing exceptional support throughout the recruitment process
c. Verify and process client staffing orders efficiently and accurately
d. Maintain detailed records of client requirements and candidate qualifications in the database
e. Coordinate with team to understand staffing needs and preferences
f. Communicate effectively with clients regarding candidate profiles, interviews, and placements
g. Generate reports to analyze staffing metrics and performance
h. Assist in managing client accounts by ensuring high satisfaction levels and resolving any issues promptly
i. Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
j. Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
k. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
l. Compile and analyze recruitment data, generating reports as required
m. Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
n. Participate in networking events or job fairs to promote staffing services and build relationships with potential clients
o. Other duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
