Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager, Journeyman to lead, manage, and administer our contracted effort. This role will serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of program/project operations, including the development of procedures, planning, and directing the execution of technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support efforts. The successful candidate will manage the acquisition and employment of program/project resources and control financial and administrative aspects of the program/project to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
- Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives.
- Oversee Contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning, and directing the execution of technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support efforts.
- Monitor and report progress of the program/project.
- Manage the acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
- Control financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all sections of the NAVAIRINST 3710.1 and CNAFINST 4790.2 series.
- Provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of the contracted effort, such as program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Management discipline.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of six (6) years’ experience in Defense Acquisition.
- At least three (3) years of experience in support of Navy Acquisition management, including aircraft systems, hardware and software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability.
- Experience in initiating and maintaining technical direction within broad program objectives directly related to aircraft systems, hardware and software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability.
- Knowledgeable of acquisition policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with the requirements of the DOD 5000 series.
- Ability to work with large and diverse teams.
- Proven ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of the contracted effort.
- Must have TOP SECRET, Yankee White Access.

Pay: $80,787.32 - $100,044.95 per year
