Job Description |
Frontier Audio Labs is looking for a determined and resourceful e-commerce growth marketer with experience launching successful campaigns via mediums like social media advertising and email. It is major plus if candidates have experience with hardware & software (audio or computer related) device launches and e-commerce sales. As a member of a very small team, candidates should expect to own immense aspects of the marketing/sales process while learning and adapting quickly. “Crazy ideas”, being scrappy, and having fun are tenants of the culture as well as focus and hard work, fundamental requirements to reach our goals. Frontier Audio Labs is an ideal company for those looking to be a cornerstone member of a quickly growing and motivated team developing next generation audio-centric products and technologies. Lastly, while Frontier Audio Labs as a startup may not be able to offer top-bucket cash compensation starting off, this position will include a significant (multiple percent) equity stake.
Responsibilities |
- Drive e-commerce growth marketing for company’s audio and computer related products poised to shake up an entrenched industry
- Establish and execute strategy for social media, advertising, email, product pages, website, etc. to drive pre-orders and sales
- Develop e-commerce listing on website and Amazon and managing social media and advertising on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Employ creative and out-of-the-box growth marketing ideas to drive revenue
- Create digital assets independently or via working with industrial and graphic designers
- Own all digital touchpoints with potential customers and constantly optimizing their experience
- Analyze and track key metrics driving revenue, developing real time dashboards and system back-end
- Build company’s growth marketing function as foundational team member, recruit new team members, and potentially become the team leader as company scales
Qualifications |
Required
- Desire to market and sell hardware/software products that will make millions of blue-collar workers and warfighters safer, more productive, and more comfortable
- Track record of driving results through growth marketing
- 2+ year of e-commerce growth marketing experience developing and optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and tracking metrics for products sold on brand’s website or third party like Amazon
- 2+ years of social media advertising experience on platforms like Instagram or Facebook
- Portfolio of email, social media, advertising and/or other powerful campaigns and digital materials made or directed by candidate
- Experience creating and optimizing marketing funnels and acquiring customers efficiently
- Experience tracking metrics from reach and engagement to conversion rates and acquisition costs to net promoter score
- Self-driven marketer who can work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Must have ability to be qualified to work in the U.S. in less than 3 months
- Ability to commute to Frontier Audio’s Chicago office in the West Loop (2155 W Hubbard St, Chicago 60612) daily
Preferred
- E-commerce growth marketing experience specifically with hardware/software devices
- 5+ years of experience social media advertising
- 5+ years of experience driving Amazon or website product sales
- Experience in marketing for industrial and military market
