PEAK Elevator Performance Group is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce through various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment labor law, benefits administration, and human capital management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Assist in organizational design and restructuring efforts
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning initiatives
- Support payroll functions and work closely with finance department
- Manage HR projects such as policy updates or training programs
- Handle employment contracts and ensure legal compliance
**Skills:**
