Develops and maintains relationships with new and potential clients to drive sustainable growth. Responsible for helping F|STAFF achieve better brand recognition and financial growth through coordinating with company executives, reviewing market trends, and proposing strategies to improve revenue. This position is focused on growing business in the assigned region.
- Identifies and researches potential clients; builds, develops, and maintains new and existing client relationships
- Build up region with current business, find new prospects, and close deals
- Gathers useful information from customer and competitor data
- Makes and gives presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Tracks, identifies, and adds qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develops and manages strategic partnerships to grow business
- Tracks and reports on the status of existing client contracts and agreements
- Drives the end-to-end sales process
- Conducts ongoing market research
- Provides trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Maintains quality service by adhering to organization standards
- Collaborates with other members of the team as needed
- Other duties as assigned
