We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team. Successful candidates will be a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, who is detail oriented, demonstrate strong ability to manage multiple projects, effectively problem solve, create engaging content and design, track and maintain work projects. This role involves organizing and executing various tasks and projects while collaborating closely with the Marketing Team to achieve set goals.
**Duties:**
· Support Hirshfield’s Marketing Department with daily marketing and advertising initiatives and projects as needed.
· General marketing and office duties including printing, maintaining office inventory of marketing materials and distribution of sales collateral and signage.
· Create and coordinate high quality content across multiple channels (website, social media, marketing emails, print and more).
· Create meaningful, well-researched content for website, blogs and social media platforms, including writing and editing posts, images, video and graphics for all profiles.
Create consistent schedule of social media posts and daily activities.
Create a shared monthly calendar of planed posts.
Create and schedule email campaigns.
- Schedule and track marketing campaign progress
- Prepare monthly reports on social media and email campaign results.
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Assists Marketing Department with activation and support of sale operations and other miscellaneous tasks and projects.
- Provide support for shows, meetings presentations and team building events.
- Assist with the creation/design of monthly newsletter.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable for a variety of audiences.
- Ability to interpret and execute brand guidelines and standards.

- Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal (oral and written) communication skills.

- Comfortable in MAC and PC environment.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design or related field; or 3+ years related experience and knowledge in paint and decorating; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience and expertise in marketing, graphic design, social media, email and online marketing.
Knowledge of Coatings and Décor Industry (Preferred).
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience with social media management.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel )
Knowledge of WordPress and Shopify.
Familiarity with email management programs (Klaviyo preferred).
Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in photography and video creation and editing.
Experience with social media scheduler (Later).
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
