We are seeking an experienced Change Management SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational psychology, change management, and behavioral analysis, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Behavioral Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of organizational behavior patterns and employee interactions to identify areas for improvement.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation and improve overall performance.
- Employee Engagement: Design and deploy initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in organizational processes and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs that promote positive organizational behavior and leadership development.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support a positive organizational culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, management, and other stakeholders to align organizational behavior strategies with business objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of organizational behavior initiatives.
- Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest research and trends in organizational behavior and apply best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in organizational behavior, psychology, HR, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in organizational behavior, change management, or HR are advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience with change management methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement employee engagement programs.
