Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 base + Unlimited Commission Potential

As a Long Term Care Sales Representative, you will have the freedom to choose your sales focus, whether it's insurance-based home care, private pay home care, or assisted living facilities. You will primarily target the greater Twin Cities metro area and the state of Minnesota, reaching out to potential clients and building strong relationships to drive sales growth. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, providing unlimited earning potential for top performers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target key prospects in the long-term care market, including insurance-based home care, private pay home care, and assisted living facilities.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, competition, and industry trends.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Cold call and prospect through various channels to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and consultations with potential clients to showcase the benefits of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility as a knowledgeable resource in the long-term care industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services and seamless client experience.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and pipeline management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, changes, and emerging trends to position our offerings effectively.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in long-term care, insurance-based home care, private pay home care, or assisted living facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition.
- Self-motivated, competitive mindset with a hunger for success in a results-oriented sales environment.
- Excellent cold calling and prospecting skills with a focus on outbound sales activities.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a diverse client portfolio.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and monitor progress.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the greater Twin Cities metro area and the state of Minnesota.
