We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers interested in our residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support our sales and service teams in converting leads into satisfied customers. You will play a crucial role in growing our customer base and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively make outbound calls to current, past and potential customers to introduce our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Respond to inbound inquiries and web leads promptly and effectively.

Utilize scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and information delivery.

Engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and assess the viability of their interest.

Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.

Schedule appointments for service consultations and assessments with field technicians or sales representatives.

Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering solutions tailored to customer needs.

Educate potential customers on the benefits of our services and the advantages of choosing our company.

Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or telemarketing role, preferably within the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industries.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong listening and probing skills to understand customer needs.

Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.

ServiceTitan experience a plus.

Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.

Comfortable working in a Call Center environment.

Job Type: Full-time
