An ideal candidate would be a self-starter that has managed their own workload in the past and survived through 6+ tax season assisting with a range of client backgrounds. Experience communicating directly with clients and their unique tax/financial challenges is preferred.
Annual Salary Range - $70,000 - $130,000; depending on experience and expected production. Salary is for 40 hours of week worked with any additional hours qualifying for additional extra compensation (additional paid time off and/or additional pay) and before any production bonuses and retention bonuses. Annual employee review and raises every May.
Our firm is a heavy tax firm with 35% coming from individual tax services, 25% business tax services, 15% payroll/write up services, 15% government audit/attestation, and 10% business/personal advisory services. Our clients range from agriculture, to agriculture support services, construction, restaurants, small businesses and most are 1st or 2nd generation wealth.
Our community is very welcoming to new people with many staff finding their social groups very quickly. We are a growing community with an agricultural background and recently growing into a hub for data centers. Most employees live within 5 minutes of the office with several of them are outside of city limits with acreage. Well priced housing market. Major cities within 3 to 3.5 hours of the office (Portland, Seattle, Spokane, Boise) and Tri-Cities, Washington only 25 minutes away.

- Company parties in the past have included Mariner luxury suites, Seahawks games, wine tasting, casino nights, and other fun getaways fully funded by the shareholders
- Small office focus with each staff getting their own office
