Under general direction, supervises and trains Customer Service Representatives. Speak with taxpayers who have uncommon or complex tax and motor vehicle problems and arrive at an agreeable solution. Maintains operating programs and reports for the department.

TO APPLY, must have Four (4) full-time years of Tax Office or related experience.
At least one (1) year handling both motor vehicle and property tax transactions and six (6) months experience in a call center environment is preferred.
Familiar with State Property Tax Code and Transportation Code.
Knowledge of business letter writing, grammar and punctuation, and report preparation.

If hired, must provide proof of educational attainment at new hire processing.
