We are seeking a fun, passionate, driven, and trendy Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
Being you're the first and last impression to the client, it is important to leave a lasting impression. As a candidate, a strong attention to detail while maintaining the ability to multi-task is a must.
Answering phones, checking clients in and out, and keeping up on the cleanliness of the shop and desk area with the ability to uphold an energetic attitude is a recipe for success in this position. Some essential duties include but are not limited to:
*Scheduling clients
*Conducting cash/credit transactions
*Handling customer service situations
*Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace.
*Quoting wait times and adjusting when needed.
Pay and Benefits:
$15 an hour or more based on experience.

Qualifications:
Customer service skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to greet clients warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns. Ability to handle various customer service situations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Organization and Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, keep track of client information, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to stay calm and composed during busy periods, managing check-ins, phone calls, and other responsibilities efficiently.
Attention to detail: Accuracy in scheduling appointments, handling cash/credit transactions, and maintaining client records. A keen eye for cleanliness and presentation to ensure the workplace is well-maintained.
Phone etiquette: Polite and effective phone communication skills to handle inquiries, book appointments, and provide information. Ability to manage phone lines efficiently, especially during peak hours.
Technology proficiency: Familiarity with booking and point-of-sale systems used. Comfortable using computers and basic office software.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, walk-in clients, and unexpected situations. Ability to adjust wait times and appointments as needed.
Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with hairstylists/barbers and other staff members to ensure a smooth client experience. Ability to communicate effectively with the team.
Problem solving skills: Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns or unexpected issues. Proactive approach to finding solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
Positive and energetic attitude: Enthusiastic and upbeat demeanor to create a positive atmosphere for clients and the team. Ability to handle stress and high-energy situations with a calm and friendly approach.
