Floor Supervisor/Lead Server
Duties:
- assist the food and beverage manager, including planning, organizing, and supervising the daily operations
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Manage and train staff members to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Communicate with the culinary team to ensure timeliness of service, safety of guests and quality of food
- assist in catering events and ensure successful execution
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Skills:
- Food service management
- Customer service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to exceed guest expectations
- Toast POS: Proficient in using Toast POS system for order processing and payment handling
- Food preparation: Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including proper handling, storage, and cooking methods
- Catering: Experience in coordinating and executing catering events of various sizes
- Bartending: Familiarity with bartending techniques and ability to create a wide range of beverages
- Team management: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of food and beverage staff members
- Restaurant management: Understanding of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
