Job Summary
Account Manager Cargo Services supervises the daily operation from an administrative and operational standpoint to ensure cargo service staff meet customer airlines’ targets while abiding by all Swissport and customer procedures and regulations.
Serves as primary point of contact with customer and Cargo Service Manager for account(s) assigned. Cover as Manager on Duty for Swissport in the absence of a Duty Manager.

Your activities

Supervise and control staff scheduling, reporting and absences

Control of daily staff payroll, hours, exceptions and overtime

Monitors personnel appearance and compliance during the operation

Maintains applicable safety and quality standards
-
Maintains, updates company's manuals and documentation
-
Enters daily hours into FSC and in customer’s tracking platform
-
Is responsible for overall discipline, conduct, performance, and morale
-
Ensures that all assigned work is completed correctly, efficiently and in a timely manner
-
Conduct a full investigation for each irregularity and submits appropriate written reports
-
Maintain timely and accurate communication with customer and escalate appropriately
-
Captures and maintains Key Performance Indicators

Identifies areas of improvement and implements new processes to streamline operations

Audits processes and compliance regularly
Your profile
-
Able to work dynamic shift patterns, including overnight
-
University degree or equivalent
-
5 years leadership experience
-
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
-
Extensive airport operational experience
-
Extensive cargo operational experience
-
Computer literate with proficiency in MS, Excel, Outlook
-
Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing people
-
Above-average ability to work under pressure
-
Flexible to attend virtual meetings as needed during other shift working hours.
