About the Job: The ERP Director will lead all ERP initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, enhance system capabilities, and drive strategic growth.
- Manage all day-to-day ERP software administration and projects related to software deployment, updates, process improvement, troubleshooting, data access, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with teams throughout the organization to determine ERP system needs and to deploy value-added solutions, and provides ERP Governance by defining rules, roles, and responsibilities that ensure the quality, consistency and alignment of ERP processes with the organization’s goals and strategies.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Company’s ERP system. Fully understands the interaction between modules within the ERP system.
- Provide strategic direction and vision for ERP initiatives, aligning technology investments with business objectives and driving innovation to support operations.
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Develop and implement ERP strategies to streamline business processes, increase productivity and drive cost savings.
- Identify areas for automation, evaluate technology solutions and lead the implementation of systems and tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, Operations, IT and others to understand business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful execution of projects.
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives, delivery of high-quality solutions and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of systems and automation tools, ensuring smooth transitions, user training, and ongoing support to maximize benefits realization.
- Implement and maintain security best practices within systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Ensure that repeatable, documented processes are in place, followed, and maintained.
Support reporting, dashboard creation, analytics, process improvement, and overall continuous improvement efforts for line, middle, and senior management.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in management information systems, computer science, database administration or related field, Master’s Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting working with ERP systems required. An understanding of Corporate Accounting is a plus.
- Strong technical skills with SQL, Excel, Access, and Crystal Reports required.
- Experienced in ERP best practices solutions and technical strategies to ensure stability and reliability
- IQMS/Delmiaworks experience a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization is required.
Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 + bonus
