BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT PROGRAM MANAGER
Our client, a leading consulting firm serving both government and commercial sectors, is in search of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Program Manager to join their team. We prefer candidates who can work onsite in Washington, DC, on a hybrid basis. However, we are open to considering fully remote arrangements for exceptionally qualified applicants.
Responsibilities
- The BPA Program Manager will be responsible for all work performed under a large, business management-focused BPA with multiple concurrent task orders. Business areas may include Capital Planning, Strategic Planning, and Process Improvement.
- The BPA Program Manager will be a single point of contact for the BPA must possess expert skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, and motivation.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.
- 7 years general program/project management experience including 5 years of federal government program management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be a self-motivator with ability to work remotely as part of a team, or independently with little supervision or direction.
- Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills to effectively work with the project team and various SMEs.
- Must have exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent research skills along with high attention to detail is critical.
- References for past BPA PM experience will be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
