We are a global industry leader in providing temporary temperature and humidity control solutions to an array of industries such as construction, industrial, and water damage restoration.
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Water Damage Technician to join our team and support our growing business.
The Role:
As a Water Damage Technician, you will be responsible for the assessment of properties affected by water damage. You will work directly with customers, and other team members to ensure that all restoration work is performed to the highest standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Respond promptly to emergency calls regarding water damage.
· Assess the extent of water damage and develop an appropriate plan.
· Perform drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment.
· Document all work performed, including photos and detailed notes for insurance purposes.
· Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering questions.
· Maintain equipment and vehicles in good working condition.
· Follow all safety protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in water damage restoration projects preferred.
· Familiar with moisture mapping large projects.
· IICRC certification in WRT and ASD is a plus.
· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
· Valid US Passport.
· Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
