At Eagle Creek Dental, the private practice of Dr. Ryan White, we are soaring like eagles and seeking one more “bird of a feather” to join us in our nest!
The well-established practice and team of Dr. Ryan White is seeking another talented Expanded Duties Dental Assistant. If you have a minute, we’d love to share our story.
When Dr. White joined Dr. Stech’s practice, almost a year ago, to continue the legacy of patient-centered care, Dr. White had no idea that he’d be additionally blessed to be asked to take over the care of two other nearby practices, also. Being Dad to 5 (from 9 months to 9 y.o.), the more the merrier, and the practice “nest” has grown from 1200 to 2400 patients nearly overnight!
Besides our amazing, appreciative patients, our greatest blessings are found with our stable and talented staff who combine their workplace dedication, giving natures, and skill with their big hearts. In fact, it’s likely you’ll hear Dr. White humbly quote Psalms: “It was the kindness of the Lord that made me great” to underscore
So, why the prelude? Because as a talented Dental Assistant in the beautiful state of Kentucky, your career goals seek more than an office to apply your exceptional talents. At the end of the day, you want to have provided your best care for your patients, in an environment you confidently call your “work home and family.” Knowing an office’s philosophical foundation and values inevitably (and, quickly!) impacts your day-to-day happiness. (And, most important to Dr. White… the energy each individual members of his team have available to give once they arrive home!)
As an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant with Dr. Ryan White’s practice (technically called “Eagle Creek Dental, LLC”), your dedication and experience have given you the skills to efficiently work in partnership with your co-workers and Dr. White. In our private practice, your time with your patient can focus on perfecting the myriad of tasks and responsibilities that keep you fresh, positively challenged, and discovering meaning in your work. Dr. White’s team values optimal harmony, the most contemporary and modern treatment approaches, and ultimately, the most rewarding experiences with patients supported by technology that is “state-of-the-art”, including diagnostic A.I.
So, while we are still holding onto your share of the breakroom goodies dropped off by a local specialist, let’s see if your interests and qualifications match what we are seeking!
