Sales Recruitment Specialist

This role is fully in-office, 5 days a week. You will not be out in the field.
Salary: $50,000 + uncapped commission
Must have experience in staffing and recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development and New Business: Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, conduct market research, secure new business partnerships within the healthcare industry, prospect and cold-call potential clients, pitch our services effectively, and generate new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to add value.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities within existing client accounts and offer additional services to meet their evolving needs.
- Building Relationships: Expand client networks, build rapport with key decision makers, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Client Business Review: Conduct key contact meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews to gain insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Recruitment: Work with experienced nurses and other medical professionals, assist them with career transitions, and match them to client requirements.
- Sourcing Candidates: Use internal databases, job boards, networking sites, and phone sourcing to identify potential candidates.
- Qualifying and Screening: Discuss candidate qualifications and market needs to ensure a good fit with client expectations.
- Salary Negotiations: Understand candidate salary expectations, negotiate salaries, and coach candidates on fair market value.
- Candidate Submissions: Prepare compelling submittal packages and present candidate profiles to clients.
- Interview Coordination: Set up interviews, prepare candidates, and facilitate job offer acceptance.
- Job Order Management: Manage job orders from clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Order Fulfillment: Engage in proactive recruiting, conduct candidate assessments, and build relationships to ensure successful placements.
