We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality systems, quality audits, and FDA regulations. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet regulatory standards and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Ensure compliance with CGMP, HACCP, and other relevant quality standards
- Lead QA/QC initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage quality assurance documentation and records
- Support project management activities related to quality improvement projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and methodologies
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Certification in Quality Assurance is a plus

Pay: $83,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
