Responsibilities and Duties

Conducts Functional Assessments of Behavior (FAB)

Develops Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
-
Models implementation of treatment for RBTs
-
Monitors implementation of treatment plans and provides feedback
-
Provides 1-on-1 therapy to patients as needed
-
Conducts caregiver training
-
Ensures company standards of data collection by RBTs
-
Collects data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction when required
-
Provides ongoing assessments of behavior functions
-
Participates in company team meetings
-
Completes monthly summaries in accordance with structured deadlines
-
Participates in continuing education events to maintain certification as specified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

Adheres to applicable laws, rules, and regulations specified by regulatory agencies

Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
-
BCaBA certification with the BACB
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
