Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key assistant to the General Manager in the U.S., coordinating operational and marketing activities within the North American market.
- Support the sales team and oversee various aspects of business operations.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Coordination of Marketing Requirements: Collect and articulate the U.S. team's marketing needs, providing clear guidance and requirements to the headquarters' marketing department.
- Execution of Offline Events: Manage and oversee brand-related offline promotional events in the North American market.
- Market Research and GTM Assistance: Collaborate in market research and implementation of Go-To-Market strategies with the General Manager and Regional Managers.
- Coordination of Logistics and After-sales Services: Liaise between North American operations and headquarters to coordinate logistics and after-sales services.
- Sales Information Collection and Summarization: Compile sales data monthly to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Business Secretary Functions: Handle a variety of secretarial tasks for the General Manager, including operational support, managing reimbursements, preparing reports, organizing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. *Due to the job requirements of this position, which involve coordinating with headquarters' finance, logistics, and other departments, proficiency in Chinese is necessary. Please carefully review this requirement before applying for this position.
