Assist with accurat
inventory management.
Work closely with our warehouse to alleviate any issues that may have occurred and initiate pickups and deliveries for excellent customer service.
Complete tasks in a timely manner while adhering to a daily deadline for order processing.
Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other specifications to clients.
Prepares and submits orders.
Collaborates with compliance, credit, orders, and purchasing departments, sales representatives, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency.
Periodically prepares and reports results and status of accounts to managers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
*Required Skills/Abilities:*
21 years of age or older
2 years of customer service or more
Associates degree or higher
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail and high personal standards of performance
Effective self-management skills, specifically time management
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and co-workers, both in office and virtually
Organized with attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and/or related software.
