Expectations of the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that has its sights firmly set on growth. Responsible for supporting and caring for established accounts as well as pursuing new business within accounts. Attracts new business and manages current client business and programs from Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers. Works alongside all IFM Americas/Infomedia departments and regions including Sydney and Cambridge offices.
What You'll Do
- Lead point of contact for all account management issues specific to assigned customers
- Ensure all contracted deliverables are met
- Grow revenue within existing business as specified in goals and objectives
- Provides business development management support as needed
- Identify and grow opportunities with existing clients in collaboration with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Secure new OEMs where there is currently IFM products.
- Be a product expert in Infomedia Solutions and value propositions
- Determine, communicate and manage customer requirements for product enhancements
- Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction
- Focuses on revenue retention and growth as key objective for assigned accounts
- Interact directly with customers at all levels
- Available to engage directly with customers as required by the needs of the business with a high degree of professionalism (phone and email etiquette, mandatory "on camera" video conferencing).
- Provide business value and technical advice to OEM and non-OEM account personnel
- Creates and updates business presentations accordingly
- Develops business proposals as needed to include economic models
- Adhere to the bid review process as specified and conduct reviews
- Other duties as assigned by Management
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with each assigned account
- Produce annual budgetary input on opportunities identified within each assigned account for closure in the following year
- Provide input to the Director of Business Development for monthly board report
- Keep all Opportunities in and current in the company CRM
What you'll bring:

- College degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years Account Management and/or Business Development background
- Excellent ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner verbally and in written form
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Exceptional organization, planning, and follow-up skills
- Proven ability to deliver customer focused solutions based on assessment of customer needs
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of personal computers, mobile devices and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving ability
