- Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are followed
- Assist with transportation to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals in accordance with established protocols
```Requirements```
- On time attendance - a must have
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of first aid and basic medical procedures
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Must have
