Brideau Energy is looking for a Fleet and Facility Coordinator to join our team. The position's primary focus is the operations of the fleet maintenance team and ensuring all facilities and equipment are maintained. Fleet maintenance includes all pieces of equipment (heavy and light duty). Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving all Facilities and Equipment. Serving as the department's point of contact for requests/tickets, working closely with Service and Oil Managers

Responsibilities
Fleet Mechanic Support
- Triages requests and coordinates maintenance teams flow of work, expediting emergency repairs, schedulding preventative maintenance. Identifies and selects external contracts or vendors, and may negotiate contracts.
- Scheduling routine maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime, as well as coordinating with department managers to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Responsible for receiving and organizing departments' recordkeeping, vehicle and equipment records, driver records, work receipt orders, and invoices.
- Completes an annual audit of all equipment to establish replacement schedules for company equipment.
- Inventory and requisition parts, equipment, and other supplies so that stock can be maintained and replenished. Receive, verify, and count inventory and direct purchases.
- Assist Mechanics with repairs as needed.
Facilities Management:
- Responsible for landscaping and snow removal of all locations
- Performs routine maintenance activities such as, bulk plant maintenance, light bulb replacement, ceiling tile replacement, shutting off water due to leaking faucets or drains, clogs, miscellaneous repairs, etc.
- Utilizes internal staff to complete projects, HVAC, simple construction, cleaning, and painting.
- As necessary, solicits bids, selects contractors/subcontractors, negotiates bids for the renovation or construction of facilities, then presents proposals to owners for final approval.
- Receives and reviews maintenance requests and prioritizes maintenance activities based on urgency and resource availability. Routinely inspects the building and grounds to identify current and potential maintenance needs.
- Monitors and maintains a variety of monthly, quarterly and yearly inspection/logs such as extinguishers, emergency lighting, exit lighting, fire, generator, elevator, sprinkler, fire alarm, building evacuation, weights and measures, permits, etc..
Minimum Requirements
- Must have own set of basic mechanic and repair tools.
- Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Required.
- 10 years of Mechanic, Facilities, or related experience required.
- Mechanic Experience highly preferred!
- Basic understanding of building mechanical systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and manufacturing automation equipment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and related computer programs.
