**Introduction:**
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst III to lead and refine our business processes and strategies. This pivotal role involves extensive process analysis, from planning to implementation, requiring strong coordination with business and technology teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and develop business processes, policies, roles, and responsibilities, along with performance metrics.
- Conduct thorough analyses including current state analysis, gap analysis, benchmarking, best practices identification, and organizational assessment.
- Coordinate with business and technology teams to define system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
- Plan and implement process improvements, including future state design, change management, and transition planning.
- Conduct client interviews and deliver presentations and training courses focusing on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
- Perform cost and benefit analysis, interfacing with all areas of the project, including customer and computer services.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to implementation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in delivering training and presentations to various stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $74,063.28 - $89,194.49 per year
