Job description
The Bristol Group is actively looking for an experienced Production Manager to facilitate production and manage the flow of communication and changes to all factories/agents/staff with a sense of urgency to eliminate roadblocks in production and deliver quality merchandise on time.
The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods while maintaining high quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience in the Soft Home Textiles Category is required.
Responsibilities
· Create, update, and ensure that the tech-packs going out to vendors for development are clear, complete, and timely
· Communicate daily with factories to ensure the on-time delivery and quality of prototypes
· Ensure all production deadlines are met on time.
· Maintain a clear, accurate up to date record of comments and approvals of production orders.
· PP (Pre-production sample) sample review and approval
· TOP sample review and approval
· Establish a timeline taking into account specific lead times for all components to ensure all deadlines are met
· Establish approval process / tracking system
Skills
· Must have experience in Home Textiles.
· Ability to juggle various functions at one time but stay focused on the big picture
· -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· -Must be detail-oriented
· -Ability to work on tasks and job functions independently and interact with all levels within the organization with a strong sense of urgency
- Problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
