Job Title: Business Development, PR & Executive Coordinator
Overview:
A Director in this role is primarily for developing and maintaining key strategic relations with imagining centers, functional and integrative health clinics, individual health practitioners, grating agencies, individuals and key organizations (nationally and internationally) to support the development of multiple small, integrated business founded and led by Dr. Sheldon Jordan.
A Director in this role also organizes, communicate, and documents VIP patient care within a private neurology practice and clinical research organization. This position provides a bridge between concierge patients, healthcare providers, image center, research coordinators, and administrative staff, ensuring high-quality care and thorough documentation and communication of each patient's healthcare optimization journey.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and regularly update a centrally accessible list of all ongoing and historic strategic partners.
-Support as a secondary point of contact for strategic partners to facilitate meetings, document feedback, and relay/route feedback as appropriate. Advocate for Dr. Sheldon Jordan's businesses within partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of the companies. Facilitate contract development and maintain all contracts (NDAs, BAAs, Service Agreements, Licensing Agreements, etc.) in appropriate central database.
-Prepare and update press-release for small business and Dr. Sheldon Jordan's clinical website, as relevant.
- Supervise and coordinate social media posts for small business, as relevant.
- Receive VIP client referrals and coordinate appointments. Confirm appointment notes in scheduling database and with appropriate staff.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for VIP clients and their families, providing clear and empathetic communication(in-person, phone and email). Route questions to physicians, administrative staff, and research team a appropriate. Regularly follow-up with VIP clients to ensure consistent access to care guidelines and communication with Dr. Sheldon Jordan.
- Advocate for all VIP clients, ensuring that patients and caregivers are well-informed and involved in healthcare decisions. Designate client follow-up as "clinical only" or "research related."
- Collaborate with network of healthcare providers (physicians, nurses, and specialist) to create and update comprehensive care plan. Ensure that aa required tests, procedures, and consultations are scheduled and communicated to patients and provide network.
- Prepare and maintain accurate current client records, test results, treatment plans, medical imaging, reports, and relevant communications in client charts (physical and digital)
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and/or graduate degree
- 3-5 years experience in a business/healthcare setting or demonstrate experience in related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook, and Teams)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal, in-person, phone and email)
