Automotive Accounting Support

COME GROW WITH US!! Granite Hyundai is a family owned and operated business in Somersworth, NH. We are expanding and are looking for a full time Automotive Title Clerk/Accounting Admin to join our team.
***Experience as a Title Clerk in the Automotive Industry is highly desired***
Must have strong time-management skills, be well organized, ambitious, professional and have a great work ethic. Must also maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in breaking down all new & used deals ensure paperwork is correct
- Process & post wholesales/swaps
- Purchasing used/new cars vehicles to inventory
- Submitting title applications to the State of NH/State of Maine
- Processing Massachusetts's registration checks
- Verification of payoffs to lienholders for traded vehicles
- Follow through on any missing titles until it is received
- Submitting 8300 forms to IRS
- Process miscellaneous checks daily
- Process daily deposits
- Maintaining and reconciling schedules, daily, weekly and monthly
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by Manager

Qualifications:
Automotive title clerk experience is a plus
Must be detailed oriented and well organized with ability to multi-task
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
