We are looking for a super friendly, outgoing part-time front desk receptionist/assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone focused on finding an administrative customer service role within the growing wellness industry. Supporting a fast-paced practice, the Chiropractic Assistant will be responsible for running the front desk smoothly and ensuring a high level of customer service in dealing with patients. Some of the main duties will include taking calls, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, insurance billing, posting, claim correction, follow-up calls, performing data entry tasks, interacting with patients.
A keen attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills are required. This is a part-time hourly position at approximately 10-20 hours per week and will involve some Saturday hours and evening shifts.
Free Chiropractic care for staff is provided as well as nutritional supplements at cost. Interest in natural healthcare is a MUST.
