The Opportunity
The NUDESTIX Retail Sales and Education Manager – Orange County is a goal-oriented expert in the beauty retail business and will be responsible for executing marketing and education strategy as well as meeting sales objectives.
This infield role is responsible for our entire Orange County area. This role’s devotion is to provide brand education, client makeup selling, event planning and to create a fun and inspiring experience for in store teams. Brand education will include product knowledge, marketing strategy, brand focuses, merchandising updates, makeup techniques and event planning. The NUDESTIX Sales and Education Artistry Manager will assist with developing strategies to drive sales objectives, meet goals, and communicate with all regional levels of retail partners within the established territory.

What You’ll Do
Sales Planning & Execution
- Achieve net and retail sales targets for assigned brands for accounts by partnering with retail management, motivating, and managing sales staff and implementing marketing initiatives
- Maximize profit contribution by increasing sales, managing expenses, and negotiating retailer support.
Account Service
- Provide exceptional service to assigned store accounts
- Work with store management teams to analyze the retail results and identify opportunities to develop the business to achieve and exceed sales plans
- Conduct business reviews in key accounts
- Conduct seasonal marketing presentations to all accounts
- Plan and execute marketing plans for assigned brands
- Plan, execute and participate in special events to create animation
Motivating Retailer Beauty Advisors
- Manage, mentor, and develop Beauty Advisors in all assigned stores
- Maximize job satisfaction, increase productivity, and reduce turnover rate
- Provide in-store coaching of business skills, product knowledge and selling techniques
Who You Are
- Located in Orange County or surrounding areas
- You have a secondary education in a business related discipline
- You possess strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Preference will be given to those with a minimum 3-5 year’s retail sales experience, ideally in the cosmetic or beauty adjacent industry
- 1-3 years of managerial experience with proven ability to motivate and lead a diverse team to success
- Experience with beauty retailers (Sephora, Ulta and Macy’s) is considered a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license to travel to all assigned accounts and stores with personal
vehicle as needed to service Orange County
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must be detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
