Hours: You pick your schedule, but must follow these guidelines; Monday - Friday between 7 am to 5 pm. Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week, 4 hour minimum shifts, and 4 days per week
Summary
A Project Manager Assistant - assists in preparing machined parts and assemblies for shipment to customer by helping to prepare paperwork, package and arrange for shipping finished product. Duties may also include deburring, and cleaning parts as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Help project manager as needed. Most duties include physical labor
- Creates and prints critical paper work relating to the project from a desktop PC
- Files and retrieves technical data from a computer database
- Interacts with customers on a regular basis when parts are delivered
- Helps to oversee the shipping of the product for on-time delivery and communicate any changes
- Follow direction from the project manager, and the general manager in order to facilitate work processes
- Maintain a clean work space and properly clean and maintain work equipment
Qualifications
- Is able to use a desktop computer and has basic knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
- Has good written and verbal communication skills
- Must have good grooming and hygiene standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college or trade school preferred
- Must be 18yrs or older
- Is able to refrain from using a personal cell phone and social media for the endurance of their shift
- Able to become forklift certified
- Has a valid driver’s license and has a clean driving record

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is not exposed to environmental conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
