As a Registered Nurse you will provide health screening, coordination of health referrals, and work in close collaboration with prescribers and staff.

What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Participates in the development, writing and execution of the treatment plan
- Provides crisis intervention services as needed, including offsite in the community
- Conducts evaluations and identifies critical impairments that become the focus of treatment form effective planning and implementation of treatment
- Develops clear treatment strategies based on specific needs of each consumer and composed as a formal treatment plan and percentage plan to the treatment team and consumer
- Documents all services in accordance with Federal/State regulations
- Additional duties as assigned
Your skills and qualifications:
- NYS Department of Education Registered Professional Nurse
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience providing direct clinical service to the population served by the assigned clinical program is strongly preferred.
- Broad clinical knowledge of psychiatric disorders, and psychiatric diagnosis
- Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation required for local and regional travel

Pay: $64,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
