American Restoration Water & Fire, LLC, a leading New Mexico disaster recovery and restoration construction contractor, is looking for a full-time Controller. We are growing and have an immediate need for the candidate to take over the financial and accounting function within the organization. The following is a general outline of what is required of the candidate:
· General Ledger through financial statement preparation
· Bank reconciliations
· Prepare and process weekly payroll
.General Office Management
· Prepare customer invoicing, credit memos, and corrections
· Prepare weekly management reports for ownership
· Other requirements and tasks as they arise
The ideal candidate will have a experience with construction accounting and field services. Must have past managerial experience and admin experience in human resources. Ability to efficiently change and prioritize tasks. Familiar with Sage, Proficient with Excel, Proficient with Office 365

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 per year
