Description:
Bollinger Motors is seeking a CRM Administrator to be responsible for the daily configuration, maintenance, and support of our salesforce platform and assisting our sales department directly. This position reports to our Marketing Director. This is an in-person role at the company’s Oak Park, MI headquarters.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, profiles, roles and permission sets.

Build and maintain key dashboards and reports to ensure accurate and timely updates on the performance of the Sales team.

Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to meet business requirements.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data cleansing, validation rules, and duplicate management. Assist in data migration and integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.

Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.

Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices.

Design and implement automation using workflows, process builder and Flow to improve operation efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.

Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices for security and compliance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to understand evolving business requirements and drive innovation through Salesforce capabilities.

Drive development of Salesforce campaigns to prospective and current customers via Salesforce Account Engagement

Working knowledge and Salesforce integration with ZoomInfo preferred

Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions to explore the full potential of Salesforce.

Provide Senior Leadership with updates on reports and statistics on the sales team.

Bachelor’s degree in an Information Systems or Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience.

2-5 years of experience with Salesforce required

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security features

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong administrative skills in organizing, tracking, and reporting.

Ability to work in a self-guided role.

Strong working knowledge of computer systems and programs needed to perform the job.

Experience working within a sales organization.
