We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
