How you will succeed as part of our team:
The Senior Analytical Chemist will be responsible for leading the development and validation of analytical methods to support the characterization of compounds, formulations, or materials under the direction of the Laboratory General Manager.
Main duties include:

Design and execute experiments using a wide range of analytical techniques, including chromatography (HPLC, GC), spectroscopy (UV-Vis, FTIR, NMR), mass spectrometry, and thermal analysis.

Analyze and interpret complex data sets, troubleshoot analytical issues, and provide technical guidance to junior staff members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address analytical challenges, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Evaluate new technologies and instrumentation to enhance analytical capabilities and improve efficiency.

Prepare and review technical reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions to communicate findings effectively.

Mentor and train junior chemists, providing guidance on experimental design, data analysis, and professional development.

Maintain laboratory instrumentation, troubleshoot equipment issues, and oversee calibration and maintenance activities.

Implement and adhere to quality management systems, including Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ISO standards.
Position Type & Expected Schedule
Full-Time | M - F 7AM-4PM / 8AM-5PM | Some weekend/holiday hours required

Our ideal candidate will be authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship, possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Other qualifications include:

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in analytical method development and validation, preferably in related industry.
- Expertise in a wide range of analytical techniques and instrumentation, with proficiency in method optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ICH guidelines, ISO 17025) and experience with regulatory submissions.
- Excellent data analysis skills and detail-oriented approach to quality, safety, and compliance

Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in project management, team coordination, and mentorship.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, can convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
