An administrative assistant to the executive chef will have a very strong computer and technical background. Extensive experience with the Microsoft suite of tools as well as adobe PS tools. Should have extensive experience working in fast paced professional kitchens for hotels, restaurants or cafeterias. Must work well under pressure. Good set of cooking skills as a cook, prep cook or line cook previously. Position will have duties both in the office as well as in the kitchen. Very good team working environment for a great company with lots of room to advance.

- Fine dining experience is a plus
- Bartending skills are desirable for this role
Duties Include:
Assist the Executive Chef in managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels.
- Support in food preparation and cooking activities, following recipes and guidelines.
- Help in coordinating catering events and ensuring smooth food service.
- Utilize computer skills to assist in inventory management and data entry tasks.
- Apply bartending skills when needed for events or special occasions.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of fine dining experience.
- Assist in managing kitchen operations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
