Smoothie King is looking for aspiring Team Leaders that are energetic and customer service oriented willing to work either the day or night shifts. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with other team members and above all, the store’s customers, you can certainly become part of the company’s excellent team of professionals. Shift Leaders are also expected to implement all the store’s policies and standards when it comes to cleanliness and quality and excellence of customer service.

Essential Functions:
Guest Service/Shift work
Ensures guests are welcomed into the store
Ensures consistency in every smoothie served
Develops personal ongoing relationships with our guests
Supports Team Member functions as necessary to provide great customer service to guests
Proven ability to increase profits in similar operations preferred.
Acquire a thorough knowledge of operational procedures and standards
Employee Relations/Coaching:
Manages team to ensure positive customer experience
Creates a positive atmosphere for the staff
Provides ongoing feedback to team members on their successes and areas for improvement
Provides tools to help Team Members sell and upsell smoothies.
Coaches team members on such items as proper methods of blending smoothies.
Take charge and utilize resources when problems arise; develop solutions before contacting General Manager
Promotes professional growth of Team Members

Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour
