We are looking for a Workers Compensation and Liability Manager to impact and improve our corporate team.
Reporting to the General Counsel, The Senior Workers' Compensation Claim Specialist is responsible for the investigation and adjustment of assigned claims. This position may be used as an advanced training position for promotion consideration for supervisory/management positions. The Senior claim Representative is accountable for the quality of claim services as perceived by NSG and within our corporate claim standards.

- Provide new insight and work with amazing employees to help take care of internal claim management efforts for worker’s compensation.
- Take care of our most important asset, our employees, be the key point of contact for workers, clinics and adjusters for all questions related to workers compensation claims and injuries.
- Initiates and conducts investigation in a timely manner.
- Determines compensability of claims and administer benefits, based upon state law and in accordance with established Company guidelines.
- Refers cases to outside defense counsel. Directs and manages as appropriate.
- Communicates with claimants, providers, and vendors regarding claims issues.
- Establishes internal quality review program to monitor and manage demonstrated performance of claim staff in accordance with corporate and branch objectives.
- Coach and encourage the safety team to assist in injury report, accident investigations, OSHA investigations etc.
- Lead with new ideas and manage the compilation and reporting of information to insurance brokers for annual insurance renewal.
- Be creative and clear in your communication to better compile data for annual renewal of insurance programs, including management of brokers, approval of submissions and negotiations of terms and premium with clear.
- Lead the way and make an impact during our annual/quarterly policy audits as required by carriers.
- We need your analytical skills to guide the annual insurance premiums, financial performance of insurance programs, and determination of premium allocations.

Education and Training:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in claims Management field.
- Knowledge of construction operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bilingual in Spanish is Required
- Excellent Customer Service
- Create summarized themes in the form of infographics, PowerPoints, Graphs, & Executive Written Summaries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues to all types of stakeholders.
