INCOLIGHT is a LED lighting company offering various lighting and control solutions for commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and public space projects. We are seeking an assistant project manager to join our company. As an assistant project manager, you will assist project managers with daily operations and activities including quoting, takeoffs, submittals, communicating with clients and suppliers, delivery, etc. We are looking for someone with positive energy to join our company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create quotations / submittals
- Takeoffs
- Work with vendors to obtain shipping dates, tracking numbers, and info on open shipments
- Manage the relationships with the clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend meetings, regular job site visits
- Deliveries to the Jobsite
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicant should have an undergraduate degree
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Lighting and/or electrical experience is preferred but not necessary.
- 2-4 years of project management or relevant work experience in a professional environment (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual ( Korean & English)
- Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Applicant must be client-oriented with extreme attention to detail.
- Must bring a team player mindset
- Ability to multi-task successfully a variety of projects at any given time
- Must possess enthusiasm, flexibility, and creativity.
- Must be willing to assume challenges and increased responsibility.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
CONDITIONS:
- Full Time
- Work Hours: 8:30am ~ 5:30pm, Monday ~ Friday
- Location: Manhattan, NY
